Exchanging your Credits

Step 1 - Find an item

Click the rewards tab to view all of the available rewards.

Step 2 - Purchasing your item

Select the item you wish to withdraw.

Scroll down to view the pricing information and purchase button. Click purchase when you are ready.

Step 3 - Checkout

Purchase an item and wait for the checkout option to appear, click " View Cart / Checkout" to proceed.

Step 4 - Complete Purchase
Click on the purchase button to complete your order.

Step 5 - Claiming your prize
Create a support ticket by sending an email to help@moby.care, a staff member will be in touch within 8 hours with next steps.
